1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clakiy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines (below). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Clakiy only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information in your profile or listings
  • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

3. Community Guidelines & Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Clakiy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using Clakiy you agree that you will not post, share, upload, or transmit any content — including in posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, captions, or profile information — that:

  • Harasses, threatens, bullies, stalks, or impersonates any person
  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or incitement of violence against any group
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity
  • Depicts graphic violence, self-harm, or animal cruelty
  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Is spam, a scam, phishing, or deliberately misleading misinformation
  • Promotes terrorism, extremism, or dangerous illegal activities

Reporting and enforcement. Every piece of user-generated content on Clakiy has a "Report" option, and every user can be blocked. When you block a user, their content is removed from your feed immediately and our moderation team is notified.

Our commitment. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours of receipt. Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the offending content and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the offending user's account. Repeat or egregious violations result in permanent banishment from the platform.

No tolerance for abusive users. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be ejected from the platform. We reserve the right to ban users at our sole discretion to keep the community safe.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of content you create on Clakiy. By posting content, you grant Clakiy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to post that content and that it complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

5. YouTube API Services

Clakiy's live watch-party feature uses YouTube API Services to search for and play YouTube videos. By using Clakiy and these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's use of information received through the YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how the YouTube-powered features handle data.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Store Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and product or service descriptions. Clakiy does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any item listed on the platform. All agreements between buyers, sellers and delivery companies are made directly between those parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Clakiy platform are the property of Clakiy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clakiy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, where necessary, through the appropriate courts.
